Women of Excellence is an annual event held by the YWCA to honor high-achieving women in the community of St. Joseph, Missouri. The 2018 ceremony celebrated the 130th anniversary of the local YWCA chapter. The program cover features a collage of real photographs and documents from the past, juxtaposed with a stock photo of a young Black woman looking to her future. Other event collateral, such as table tents and posters, featured an aged look with roses and the YWCA's signature persimmon color, Pantone 172 C.
